The aim of this paper is to point to interdependence of lifelong learning policy and business employees in the hotel industry. It is necessary to indicate that the level of employees in hotels has a direct impact on increasing the level of efficiency. Education of personnel in the tourism industry is directly dependent on the performance of their manifestation. Is a great influence of organizational culture and policies that create leaders in the tourism organizations in assessing the performance of employees in tourist companies or tourist agencies. Organisational culture is regarded as one of the key segments of organizational performance. Its influence on the behavior of the human factor in the process of work is very important. Organisational culture directs and determines the daily behavior and activities of people in the organization. The question is the extent to which policies are slowing down the decision making process, which in a dynamic environment may significantly affect to performance of the organization and employees in the tourism industry.
